waste on campus
By Ivyfantasy
It’s indisputable that nowadays the phenominon of waste on some campus is getting increasingly prevalant, giving rise to growing concern about it in the society. And it’s no rare case,to name only a few,to see students indifferently throw away their dishes. How sorry I feel every time this kind of behavior captures my eyesight and frequently recurs to me.
The fact, however,is that this sort of phenominon can function in the disservice in numerous ways.First and foremost, without deep reflection one knows from daily life that most natural resources,if not all,are barely renewable, namely, once depleted, they can never be retrieved.Additionally,it’s known that natural resources are a sine qua non for sustainable economic development, acting on which we should be aware that with the resources’ being exhausted day by day, probably economic development will be tremendously encumbered, which in turn will proceed to the detriment of the society’s sustainable development and the elevation of the living standard of our life.Last but by no means the least, assuming that we contine being reckless about using them, chances are that there will be no resources left for our future generations, making the problem a more imminent one to solve.
Severe as the problem might be,it’s advisable to perceive it on the bright side, since pessimistic outlook can’t help,by attaching ever sufficient importance and start to be thrift.Only in this way will the status quo have a drastic change for the better, and so will we ensure future use of natural resources.
