Dr. Georg Lind is retired professor of psychology at the University of Konstanz, Germany, where he taught and conducted research since 1973. He studied at the universities of Mannheim, Braunschweig and Heidelberg in the fields of Psychology, Philosophy, Linguistics, Biology and Economics. He was guest professor at universities in Chicago, Monterrey/Mexico and Berlin/Germany. His main areas of interest are experimental psychology, and psychology of education, with a special emphasis on moral development and education.
Of his many contributions to psychology and education, two gained him world-wide recognition. First, on the basis of his Dual-Aspect-Theory of moral behavior and development, Dr. Lind has developed a new experimental measure of moral competence, the Moral Judgment Test (MUT), which has been translated into 39 languages, also into Chinese.
Second, he has developed of a new method for fostering moral competence in children and adults, namely the Konstanz Method of Dilemma-Discussion (KMDD), which has shown to be very effective, as well as a method for training teachers to use the KMDD effectively and responsibly. The KMDD is used in many countries in various institutions of education.
Now Prof. Dr. Lind works as a free-lance researcher and teacher trainer, offering workshop-seminars and also training for his widely recognized KMDD-Teacher certificate in cooperation with universities in various countries.

自1999年，林德教授一直负责并指导KMDD的认证程序，包括2007-2009年对德国武装部队的培训项目，1987-2001年对康斯坦茨大学的电脑联合教学实验室的培训等。他也是许多研究，教育和评价项目的顾问。现在，退休后的他作为一位自由职业者的研究人员和教师培训师，积极地投身于提供工作坊研讨会，与世界各国的大学合作开展培训，并授权他的被广泛认可的KMDD教师资格证。
