(对外)汉语言专业本科招生简介

中国广东外语外贸大学外国留学生部于1999年经国家批准开始举办(对外)汉语言专业本科班,任课教师均为本校教授及资深讲师。本专业的培养目标是培养具有扎实的汉语听、说、读、写、译能力,熟悉中国国情与社会文化,能够熟练运用汉语进行国际交流的应用型高级人才。为此,本部制订了切合实际的本科教育培养计划,欢迎海内外学子报读。

招生对象:外国留学生(指持外国护照来华学习的学生)

入学条件

1 高中或高中以上学历。

2 中国汉语水平考试(HSK 6级或6级以上水平。

3、年龄17-45;身体健康,应符合中国国家有关规定。

培养方式:

1 全日制学习,学制4年(注:一年级入学时汉语水平为零,一、二年级学习为基础阶段,三、四年级为提高阶段。本部招收从三年级开始的学生)。

2  已获得中国HSK汉语水平6级及以上证书者入学时将直接进入(对外)汉语言专业本科三年级学习,同时确认其已获得60学分的资格。学生只需在两年的时间内修满剩余的70学分,即可完成大学本科学习。

3 按中国教育行政部门的规定实行学分制,在校修满130学分,按标准完成毕业论文,即可毕业,将获得中国国家制订的高等学校大学本科毕业证书,如符合有关条件,还可同时获得学士学位证书。

主要学习课程:汉语精读、汉语阅读、汉语口语、汉语听力、古代汉语、现代汉语、中文写作、中国文化、中国文学、中国概况、外汉翻译、英语、计算机信息处理等;

    专业核心课程应在本部学习,选修课程可在全校范围内选读。

报名要求:须提交下述文件的复印件:

1、学生高中毕业证书与成绩单以及经过公证的中文翻译件;

2、中国(HSK)汉语水平证书;

3、学生本人护照主页;

4、广东外语外贸大学外国留学生入学申请表(应完全真实地填写各项内容)。点击下载入学申请表

本专业在每年8月下旬开学,请提前一个月报名。

注册要求

1、来华注册入学时须带上述文件的原件以备查验:

2、交护照用照片8张;

3、注册时须缴纳报名费人民币500元(约合60美元)及一学期学费人民币9200元(约合1100美元),只收现金,不收支票。学费按学期交纳,开学后不退。(教材费按实收取,每学期约人民币300元。在华生活费用一切自理)。

来华手续:

1、凭我校签发的录取通知书及《外国留学生来华签证申请表》(JW202表)到所在国的中国大使馆或领事馆办理来华学习签证。

2、也可自行设法来华(例如先办理来华旅游签证,到校后按规定转办外国人居留证)。

3、办理手续的一切费用均需自理。

注:来自中国其他地区的外国留学生,在来我校之前,须在当地公安局办妥居留证的迁移手续。

Enrolment Information for Chinese Language

Undergraduate Program for International Students

 

The Department of Chinese for International Students of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies has been permitted by government to engage in the undergraduate program for the Chinese Language Major since 1999. A group of proficient teachers are responsible for all the program teaching. The undergraduate program is aimed at training international students to be not only well equipped with the ability of listening, speaking, writing, reading and translating in Chinese, but also well informed of Chinese society, culture and present situation. After completing the program, students can communicate in Chinese and become advanced talents for international communication.

The undergraduate program is well planned as following:

Applicants: students from abroad (refer to those who hold the foreign passport to China)

Entrance Requirements:

1.      graduated at least from high school;

2.      gained the Six Level of the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK);

3.      aged from 17-45; meet all the health requirements which are stipulated by Chinese government;

Program Form:

1.      full-day study for four years (Note: Freshman are those who haven’t known any Chinese before; The study in the first and second grade are designed as basic study for Chinese Language; the third and fourth grade are designed for advanced study. Our department enrolls those students who can begin their study from the third-year level as an advanced student. )

2.      Students who have gained the sixth level of Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) (or the more advanced level) can be enrolled as the third-year student and will be awarded with 60 credits at the beginning. For the third and fourth year, those students only need to gain the rest 70 credits to accomplish the undergraduate program;

3.      According to the stipulation issued by the Chinese education administrative departments, students who have gained 130 credits and complete the graduation thesis up to the standard will be awarded the certificate of graduation. Students who can further meet the related requirements can be awarded Bachelor degree.

Main Courses:

Chinese Intensive Reading, Chinese Extensive Reading, Spoken Chinese, Chinese Listening, Ancient Chinese, Modern Chinese, Chinese Writing, Chinese Culture, Chinese Literature, Survey of China, Translation between Other Languages and Chinese, English, Computerized Information Processing etc. 

Application Requirements:

The official copy of the following documents should be submitted:

1.      Diploma of high school and transcripts and the notarized Chinese version;

2.      HSK Score Report and the Certificate;

3.      The main pages of student’s passport;

4.      Completed Guangdong University of Foreign Studies Application Form for International Students .     download the form.

Note: This undergraduate program will begin at mid of August each year. Application should be submitted at least one month in advance.

Registration Requirements:

1.      Original documents mentioned above should be submitted for further check when students come to our department;

2.      8 recent photos (the same size as that of the passport photos)

3.      Registration fee is RMB 500 (equals to about USD60) and tuition for one semester is RMB 9200 (equals to about USD 1100). Only cash is acceptable (no check). Tuition is non-refundable after the semester begins. (Fees for textbooks and other teaching materials should be paid according to its actual cost and it is about RMB 300 for one semester. All daily-life expenditure should be paid by students themselves.)

Admission Procedures:

1.      With the Notice of Admission issued by our university and the Visa Application for Study in China (the JW202 Form), students apply for visa for study in local Chinese embassy or consulate.

2.      Or the student can come to China in other way (for example, come by travel visa to China and when he comes to our university, the resident permission for foreigners can be issued according to the related stipulation).

3.      All the procedure fees should be paid by students themselves.

Note: International students coming from other districts of China should transfer the resident certificate, in local public security department, to our university.
