本网讯　思科信息学院谌秋辉教授的学术论文《The construction of generalized B-spline low-pass filters related to possibility density》（构造联系到概率密度函数的B-样条型低通滤波器）发表在国内顶尖学术期刊《中国科学》数学（英文版）上。这是信息学院教师发表在该刊的首篇学术论文。文章从分布常数函数出发，构造了一类新的对B-样条型低过滤波器，并且研究了它们的优良性能以及它们在时频域上与高斯分布的联系。文章得到了审稿专家的高度评价，认为 “The results of the paper have important significance on researches of low-pass filters”, “……and results presented in the paper will have potential applications in signal and information processing and the related research fields.”

　　近年来，谌教授与美国、德国、葡萄牙等欧美国家以及国内澳门大学、中国科技大学的学者合作，在小波分析和时频分析的研究领域中取得的一系列研究成果，发表在一些重要的国际学术期刊上，得到国内外同行的关注和好评。
