本网讯 6月21日晚，广外大人才市场教育产业部职业指导老师，享有国家认证职业指导师资格的关玉在二教114教室为即将参加暑期实习的学生及应届毕业生上了一堂生动的简历指导课。当晚，虽突降暴雨，前来听讲座的人却络绎不绝，其中大部分为大三学生。同学们逐渐被现场的热烈气氛感染，积极与讲者互动。
吸引人的简历：简简单单一张纸
关玉在开场白中表示希望接下来与同学们共同探讨，而不是唱“独角戏”。讲座中，关玉先通过具体的案例讲述怎样的简历才能吸引招聘者的注意，特别指出当下应聘者常犯的两个错误“双胞胎”或“多胞胎”——形式雷同，毫无个人特色；简历上的照片为漂亮的“明星”艺术照——面试时给招聘者以巨大落差。通过案例分析，关玉让大家明白吸引人的简历形式——简简单单一张纸（结合学校特色，正面中文，反面英文），既能引起招聘者的关注，又为招聘单位节省了宝贵时间。因为招聘单位的工作人员在面对堆积如山的简历时，大多是5秒钟一份，结果，大部分简历尤其是厚简历进了“人才库”——垃圾桶。幽默的语言，妙趣横生的比喻引得观众阵阵愉快的笑声。
简历是个人的“包装纸”：小处不可随便

简历的讨论。并在看完之后请在场同学谈体会。结合录象和同学们的体会，关玉讲解了一份正规简历——美国哈佛大学简历蓝本，从姓名、地址、联系方式、教育背景、社会实践到个人信息，特别强调简历内容“小处不可随便”，切忌空泛。因为简历是自己的一张“包装纸”，纸上色彩由自己填充，简历是“作秀”，要秀出自己。最后，关玉总结漂亮简历的特点：言简意赅、字字珠玑、限一页纸。
现场解答疑问
问：如何在简历中体现对招聘公司的兴趣？
答：说出该公司产品的名字，特别是新产品；谈该公司的企业文化。
问：一张纸简历是否会显得没有诚意？
答：简单的一张纸 ，分量却很重——形式简单，内容具体，应重分量而不是数量。
问：简历中要不要附上照片？
答：国企与外企文化不同，外企一般不注重简历上的照片；而国企，简历中可附上正规照片。
问：一张纸简历会不会被随意处理或被混到其他厚厚的简历中？
答：招聘的工作人员一般有一个工作夹，会将“一张纸”夹起来以防丢失。为防混在其他简历之中，自己可以下下工夫，如女生可以在简历上绣一朵精致的小梅花，男生画出“绿色通道”（绿色线条）以提醒工作人员。
另据关玉透露，6月26日9：00——17：00，其培养的项目小组将组织一场暑期实习招聘会，有兴趣的同学可前往投递简历，尝试锻炼一下。
